Since my last issue, about 14 days ago.. I have been trying something.
and i did fail at it.. But yeah its a good story nonetheless, so here's exactly what happened.
But before I go into any thing, there’s a really big thanks I want to tell you to every single one of you
we hit 200 subs in this newsletter!!
after a lot of breaks in between, a lot of stupid shit, and a lot of unsubscribes i did myself.. we actually hit it
so yeah, thanks to every one of you!
Now lets get into what shit i was doing this 2 weeks..
actually, until the last few days I was just making content from the 71 day challenge i did
(you can see here) and yeah even my mom saw my last newsletter and asked me why i keep writing the same shit 😭
and one of my friend kept on calling me a lazy ass…
I mean, deep inside I knew it. but hey.. I didn’t do anything about it until he kept calling me that..
and thanks to him, I did get myself to something

but for the people who don’t know me here’s a short thing of what all has happened;
I built a saas for 71 days, and documented every day in all platforms, been running a newsletter for 8 months, creating content on youtube and writing on X too..
and yeah I haven’t earned anything yet. (emphasize on “yet” please)
but nonetheless i’m grateful for everything that has happened
lets say the key thing to me not earning any $$ yet is because I never focused on the money part + I lack knowledge and experience in it
so these past 14 days, I have been trying some stuff that eventually does lead to me to the first $
( spoiler - I didn’t make it yet ) (another emphasize on “yet” please)
first thing I did try is..
Helping people setting their newsletters + ghostwrite it for them..
the reason I did choose that is because let’s say I have some knowledge about newsletters and how it all works, so yeah I am pretty sure I know enough to help a beginner out
and I made about 6 posts on reddit asking people if they need help with it
before I get into it; if you're trying reddit outreach, karma actually matters more than people think.

Out of 6 posts only 2 of them took of pretty okay
that was the post which landed my first hot lead
and then we moved to the dm’s.. for some amount of time I was pretty confident i can close her.. but yeah this is how it ended
but it wasn’t a waste tbh, she was a wonderful person!
now to the next hot lead (and the last 😭 ) is what I got from a similar post in r/saas
that might not look that hot.. but this message he sent was hot

you know after these 2 experiences I understand why its called “GHOSTWRITING”
people ghost you a lot..

but anyways, I actually do understand why many people do quit in this..
i mean, lets say i have some up hill here being an extrovert, so honestly I actually pretty much liked talking to various people..
but not going to lie, I didn’t like it at all when I was getting ghosted.
and the thing with reddit is, you can’t even see if the receiver saw your message or not
so i had no clue if they saw it, if they were actually interested, or if i did something that annoyed them, or if they were just busy..
and blah blah
and they were in the opposite time zone of mine, so i could only reply to whatever they messaged in the morning.
And plus when i opened my laptop in the morning and I see no msg from them.. you could say I was pretty down for some amount of time
It’s april 12 right now when I’m writing this, and yeah no dollar from internet yet
but I got something small planed and already being executed.. and I think the chances of me making it is more in this than the newsletter ghostwriting
so yeah in the next issue you’ll either see me make it or explain why i didn’t 😭
